Curriculum and Syllabus
The Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (Professional) program at MCPHS is a 5-year course comprising 4 academic years followed by a 1-year compulsory internship. The curriculum is designed to provide a strong foundation in medical sciences, physiotherapy theory, and clinical practice to develop competent and skilled physiotherapists.

Internship (5th Professional Year)
After successful completion of the 4th professional year, students undergo a 12-month mandatory internship in affiliated hospitals and rehabilitation centers. This internship provides hands-on clinical experience across different specialties, ensuring that graduates are fully prepared for independent professional practice.
Assessment
Assessment methods include written exams, oral/practical exams, course work, clinical skills evaluation, competencies, presentations, and group work.
Minimum 50% pass marks in each subject and method are required to progress.
Students must attend at least 80% of classes to be eligible for university examinations.
